Propertymark is the leading membership body for property agents, ensuring transparency and legislative compliance of its members, and providing confidence for consumers. Our clients’ money is covered under the Propertymark Client Money Protection (CMP) Scheme, for which you can find a copy of our certificate here.

Tenancy Deposit Scheme logo.

For the protection of tenancy deposits, we are a member of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), who are the longest running government approved provider of free and impartial end of tenancy dispute resolution and mediation services.

Since 1990, the Property Ombudsman (TPO) scheme has offered an independent and impartial alternative dispute resolution service for consumers and property agents.
